Beehero

When data is sweeter than honey

In 2022, we partnered with BeeHero, a leader in precision pollination, to design and guide production of their core hardware: the in-hive sensor and field gateway.

Farmers and beekeepers are often underserved by modern technology, not because they don’t need it, but because too much of it is designed without their context in mind. Our goal: make the tech invisible, intuitive, and built for the field.

A medical device company approached the studio with a project that combines product and user interface design with an emphasis on the users’ experience. The challenge in this project was to design and develop a smart medication dispenser that is portable, discreet and fits various medication modalities.
